- whole wheat biscuits with milk
- oatmeal or hot porridge (perfect for winter mornings)
- wholegrain muffins & cooked bacon (or fried egg)
- pancakes (made with whole wheat flour) and topped with agave nectar
- cooked breakfast - sausage, bacon, eggs, tomato & mushrooms
- scrambled eggs
- omelette
- boiled egg and whole wheat toast fingers
- or any whole wheat, low carb foods you enjoy!

be caused by overnight hormone release, source Mayo Clinic) may mean that you need a different ratio
from that you use throughout the day.
