Tuna & Pasta Bean Salad Recipe
Ingredients
- 275g wholewheat pasta (any shape)
- 125 French beans, cut in half
- 200g can of tuna in brine
- 410g can of mixed beans or pulses
- 4 tbsp vinaigrette
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- Drain and flake the tuna
- Cook the pasta
- Five minutes before pasta is cooked, add the French or green beans
- Drain and run under cold water
- Combine pasta mix, with the pulses, vinaigrette and parsley
Serve this with wholemeal (preferably stoneground) bread.
